Cash versus Diamonds

The HUD shows two currencies.

• Cash — checkout payouts, the number that should climb every cycle. Mid-game screenshots sit in the thousands; long sessions show tens of millions on a stacked hotel.
• Diamonds — slower, used for premium shop rows and some staff/pass products. Early owners often sit near 30–40 unless they buy packs.

Spend cash on beds, laundry, bathrooms, and staff wages. Hold Diamonds until you know you want auto-collect or a milestone boost. A code that pays cash is worth more in the first hour than a Diamond drip.

Increase stays per hour

1. Add beds. One bed is one stay. Two guests in a queue with one mattress is wasted demand. S-tier on the rooms list.
2. Shorten dirty time. A washer next to the rooms beats a pretty courtyard. If you cannot click laundry fast enough, hire a Janitor.
3. Stop missing the door. A Bellhop escorts while you stay in the catalog. Manual clicking is fine until the second floor.
4. Keep a path. Blocked corridors cancel stays. [G] for grid, delete the wall, then reopen the door line from reception.
5. Collect. Finished stays that you never cash out are free work you donated to the void. Auto-collect is a shop product; scripts advertise the same job with ban risk.

Activities and outdoor pools raise the feel of the hotel and help stars. They are weak cash printers until 3-star is stable. Read the star checklist before you drop $400 on water.

Stars are a money multiplier, not a trophy only

3 Star Owner, 4 Star Owner, and 5 Star Owner are badges, but rating also changes who shows up and how much they tolerate. Gamepasses and scripts
