B-tier: 5-star
Possible, not expected. The badge is rare. If you are missing 5-star with a huge tower, your problem is usually dirty top floors or an elevator that guests will not use. Rebuilds help; the delete-and-retry video sits on badges.
Scripts and stars
An autofarm that remakes beds can protect the meter while you AFK. It cannot place a missing bathroom. Layout still wins. If the loader breaks after a patch, stars will fall the old-fashioned way.
Friends can help hold 3-star by covering laundry while you place bins, but they can also drop the meter by sealing a door. Say the fail checks out loud on a 6-player plot before anyone opens Outdoor.
